What you provide

The contact form asks for your name, organization, work email, optional phone number, area of interest, project description, preferred response method, and acknowledgment of this notice. A phone number is required if you request a phone response.

How the information is used

Submitted details are used to review your inquiry and communicate with you about the project or opportunity. This site does not add you to a marketing list or include advertising trackers or analytics scripts.

Delivery and service providers

When online delivery is configured, the server sends your inquiry through Resend to the company’s designated mailbox. The application does not save inquiries to a website database. If you choose the email fallback, your email application handles the message instead.

The site is designed for Vercel hosting. Hosting and email providers may process request and delivery information as part of operating their services. When enabled, Upstash stores a keyed hash of your IP address and an inquiry counter for ten minutes to limit automated submissions. The rate-limit record does not contain the form’s contact details or project description.

Retention and requests

Messages delivered to the company mailbox remain there until removed by its operator; this website does not implement automatic mailbox deletion. You can request correction or deletion of information you submitted by replying to the correspondence you receive.

What to leave out

Do not send classified information, controlled unclassified information, passwords, or sensitive project data through this public contact form. Appropriate channels for such information should be agreed separately.
